We maintain physical, electronic and organizational safeguards to ensure the insureds’ personal information is treated responsibly and in accordance with our privacy policy. CUI as an invariable practice that restricts access to this personal information within our organization only to those employees who need to know that information. Employees who have access to this information may use it for legitimate business purposes. Additionally, we safeguard personal information in accordance with applicable data security measures.

We collect nonpublic personal information, as permitted by law, about your clients from the following sources:

• Needs analysis, telephone calls, service requests and other communications.
• Inspection Companies

CUI does not intend to sell, make available to third party non-affiliates or otherwise utilize any of the reports, data, information received on the policy/policyholder except as permitted by law and necessary to market and support business transactions and the servicing of accounts.

Even if your insured no longer maintains a policy through CUI, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to them.
The law does permit us to share information about agent, brokers, or your clients with our affiliates, insurance companies and insurance service providers.
