Coverage
- Occurence Form
- Limits of Liability apply on an each common cause and aggregate basis
- Defense cost are covered in addition to the policy ilmits
- No deductible or SIR - first dollar coverage
- Assault & Battery coverage available as a buy-back on most risks at an additional charge
- Employees as additional insureds are covered at no additional charge
- Aggregate Limit applies separiately to each designated Insured Premises (unless quoted otherwise)
- Additional Insured - Employees coverage is included at no additional charge
- Additional Insured - Lessor coverage and/or coverage for other additional insuredsis optionally available for a minimal additional premium
- Additional Insured - Volunteers coverage is included at no additional charge on fraternal clubs and some special events
- Coverage is afforded only to the designated Insured Premises on the policy
