Since 1997, CUI has written Dwellings, Homeowners and Conodminium units that are difficult to write throughout the west coast and central Florida area. Sinkhole claim history has been our specialty. CUI excludes the peril of sinkhole if the risk is located in Pasco and Hernando counties or has a paid/pending sinkhole claim.
We will write dwellings from $35,000 up to $1,100,000 for section "A"
Dwellings that are owned by Trust, Corporations and LLC are eligible for DP-3.
